Return & Refund Policy
At Knashí, we work hard to deliver fresh, high-quality beverages — and we stand behind every case we ship. As a small company, we kindly ask our customers to review our policies below before placing an order.
✅ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Returns must be approved in advance
Perishable goods (such as opened cans or partial cases) are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
As a smaller company, we cannot accommodate returns based on taste preferences or accidental orders. Thank you for understanding.
🚚 How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email info@knashi.com with:
Your order number
A brief reason for the return
Photos (if damage or issue is involved)
Once reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and an authorization if eligible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to damage or a fulfillment error on our part.
💳 Refunds & Processing
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a Knashí error
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us at info@knashi.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll quickly work with you to replace or refund the item(s) as needed.

Special offers marked "Final Sale"
Opened or partially consumed beverages
